The third generation of rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB Magnets are the superstrong permanent magnet in contemporary magnets. Its BHmax value is 5-12 times that of a ferrite magnet, 3-10 times that of an alnico magnet; its coercive force is equivalent to 5-10 times that of a ferrite magnet, and 5-0.5 of an alnico magnet 15 times, its potential magnetic properties are extremely high, and it can absorb heavy objects equivalent to 640 times its own weight.

Since the main raw material iron of NdFeB magnets is very cheap, the storage of rare earth lanthanum is 10-16 times more than that of samarium-boron magnets, so the price is much lower than that of samarium-cobalt magnets.
NdFeB magnets have better mechanical properties than samarium cobalt magnets and AlNiCo magnets, making them easier to cut and drill and complex shape processing.

NdFeB magnets are widely used in industrial aerospace, electronics, electromechanical, instrumentation, medical and other fields. Moreover, non-technical fields are becoming more and more widely used, such as adsorption magnets, toys, jewelry, etc.


Production Process
Ingredients → Smelting ingots → Milling → Pressing → Sintering and tempering → Magnetic testing → Grinding → Pin cutting → Plating → Finished products. Where the ingredients are the basis, sintering and tempering are the key.
