Magnetization direction and operation requirements of motor magnetic tile

The motor magnetic tile is below the Curie temperature. During operation, there are many self-generated magnetic moments in the ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic material. In the operation, the magnetic moment is paired in a small area, and the direction of the motor magnetic tile is disordered. If the magnetization is not applied with a magnetic field, the magnetic moment is zero as a whole. These small areas are called magnetic tiles.

  

There is a strong "exchange coupling" between adjacent electrons in the ferromagnetic material of the motor magnetic tile. In the absence of an external magnetic field, in the unmagnetized ferromagnetic material, each inside of the magnetic tile There is a certain spontaneous magnetization direction, which is very magnetic, but the magnetization directions of a large number of magnetic tiles are different, and the entire ferromagnetic material is not magnetic.

  

When the ferromagnetic material is in an external magnetic field, the volume of the magnetic tile whose spontaneous magnetization direction and the direction of the external magnetic field are at a small angle expands as the applied magnetic field increases and the magnetization direction of the magnetic tile further turns toward the direction of the external magnetic field. It is mainly used in permanent magnet DC motors. Unlike electromagnetic motors, which generate magnetic potential sources through excitation coils, permanent magnet motors generate constant magnetic potential sources from permanent magnet materials.
