In the production process of permanent magnet NdFeB magnets, the bonding process actually refers to injection molding, while sintering is vacuumed by high temperature heating. The disadvantage is that the Curie temperature is low, the temperature characteristics are poor, and it is easy to be pulverized and corroded. It must be improved by adjusting its chemical composition and adopting a surface treatment method to meet the practical application requirements.
